I spent two months in Hebron, the West Bank, volunteering as an English teacher. I met many amazing individuals, saw my fair share of human rights abuses that are inflicted upon Palestinians on a daily basis, and of course, went on a gastronomic adventure through Palestinian dishes, drinks, and desserts.
